“At O'Niell's Management Company we are striving for constant improvement, and that is what brought us to JWelles & Associates. When we added two new businesses to our portfolio in quick succession, we knew we faced a challenge in establishing a quality management program that could be adapted to both of these very disparate ventures. Jamie’s experience in quality management across a wide range of business types and cultures gave us confidence that she had the right tools to help us. We were not disappointed, as she jumped in with both feet and immediately got to work creating constant improvement techniques that were super easy to utilize and transformative for our business. She quickly identified our deficiencies and bottlenecks and installed a workflow process that followed more productive pathways. Jamie has shown herself to have the highest expertise in the principles and practicalities of quality management systems, and we would not hesitate to seek her assistance in the future.
